Sarah is incredibly passionate about both strength training and running. She loves to help women become stronger, take on new strength training goals or running challenges. She will meet you wherever you are at in your fitness journey. Whether you are just starting, returning to your fitness routine after a long break, are post-partum, or are looking to take on new fitness goals.
Sarah is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA and certified in pre and post natal fitness. She has 9 years of experience in the fitness industry helping women to move and feel their best.
Sarah is a long time runner and self declared run nerd! Since falling in love with running in 2008, she has completed 6 marathons and 7 half marathons. For Sarah, running is a way to help her clear her mind, take time for herself as well as how she pushes her limits and finds her potential. So much of what happens on the run mirrors and supports what happens in life. Helping women to become injury resilient and run
