Before venturing into the world of Health and Fitness. I worked in the corporate world for a few years from finance to logisitics and supply chain to quality assurance test analyst. It’s a rewarding feeling to finally follow my passion and do what I believe I was destined to do.

I graduated from Bryan College with a diploma in Health and Fitness. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified in Nutrition coaching and TRX, with specialities in Corrective Exercises, Performance Enhancements, and most recently completed NASM’s Stretch and Flexibility coaching program.

Whether you are interested in one on one coaching or small groups. My focus is to assist my clients’ in achieveing their desired fitness goals, in a fun and safe environment. So let’s celebrate your wins!
