James ParkFitness/Boxing Specialist

    James grew up in Toronto and started skating at the age of 4. He played competitive “AA” hockey during his youth. After high school, he became sedentary and overweight. However, he fell back in love with fitness through boxing and golf. Although he experienced setbacks in the form of injuries, he always maintained a love for fitness, sports, and fishing/outdoors for both the mental and physical aspects. With over 15 years of boxing and golf experience, he has worked for numerous gyms and boutiques during his 15 years of coaching experience. He lives by example for his clients who are seeking a fit and healthy lifestyle. He specializes in sport-specific training for boxing/golf, weight loss/hypertrophy, posture correction/injury prevention, and strength/explosive power, and he advocates for fitness for mental health. Additionally, James is an avid boater and fisherman during his time off. He is fluent in English and Korean.
